Neither we nor any other third party associated with the organizing committee will ever contact you by any means to make any offer in terms of arranging accommodation. 

Unfortunately, we can not assist you with accommodation in Warsaw for the meeting. However, the local Organising Committee secured a number of places in local hotels that are pre-booked for participants of QBIC-VI conference and are located in close proximity to the conference venue. Below we present the list of the hotels with information about the prices and booking procedures.
