Do I need to create new account in the registration platform to proceed with my registration?

No – it is not required.

Can I pay with a credit/debit card?

Yes. You can choose this option during the registration process. In case of any technical problems, please contact us.

 

Can I pay for my conference fee in EUR or USD?

Yes. Once you complete the registration form, please contact us by sending an email to qbic-vi@candela.org.pl. We will conver the fee based on the exact exchange rate published by National Bank of Poland, update the pro-forma invoice, and provide you with details of the bank account.


I need invitation letters for the visa application procedure. Could you issue it?

Yes, we can issue such letters to active participants of the conference. To request such a letter please contact us at qbic-vi@candela.org.pl with a set of relevant information (names, family names according to passport, address, nationality, and passport number). The letters will be delivered in form of a pdf file with Qualified Electronic Signature (QES) that in equivalent to written form. The letters will be issued for participants who paid the conference fee and abstract of their contribution has been approved for the presentation.
