Call for abstracts

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION IS NOW CLOSED

Submission of abstracts (contributed talks and posters)

Abstract submission for QBIC-VI is now open. You can then start submitting abstracts for both contributed talks and posters.
You need to create a Sciencesconf account activate the account (see e-mail) and then log in to the system. The Abstract Submission page can then be used to submit an abstract (see also My Space on the bottom left, once logged in). An email confirmation of successful submission should be received. Only text-based abstract submissions are possible (no PDFs, no images). Note that abstracts will be published online as a Book-of-abstracts during/after the conference.

The deadline for abstract submission for contributed talks was May 03.
Selection of contributed talks will take place in May and you will be notified by email if your abstract for a contributed talk is accepted.

Abstract submission for posters will be possible until 13.08.2023.

Registration 

Registration for the conference will open up on April 15th and will allow you to register as a participant and to pay for registration.
